The development cards will provide you with the necessary information about your baby’s development during twelve different stages of your pregnancy. Each card contains:
THE IMAGE: The title and theme of each period
THE MANDALA: the painted image of the mandala that you will do the meditation with, putting an intention in the affirmation.
THE DEVELOPMENT: the description of your baby’s development process. Which organ is created? What new abilities did his body acquire during this period?
THE AFFIRMATION: the paragraph on which you will focus your attention and repeat attentively during this period, so that your pregnancy and childbirth are the most and conscious possible.
